Compliance at Bergwolf: Code of Conduct, anti-corruption, identifiers
Bergwolf is a brand of Servicebroker GmbH in Munich. Servicebroker GmbH has a written Code of Conduct based on the UN Supplier Code of Conduct, a zero-tolerance anti-corruption policy, signed declarations on data protection and sustainability, and quality principles. The Code applies to the whole of Servicebroker GmbH, including Bergwolf, and to every partner that accepts an assignment.
Your contracting party
The contracting party is Servicebroker GmbH, Metzstraße 14b, 81667 München: Munich Local Court HRB 143522, NCAGE C8813, D-U-N-S 33-130-7210, LEI 1595IVCAG14B88ABON78. The Code of Conduct describes Bergwolf as ‘an operating brand unit within Servicebroker GmbH’.
What the Code means for partners
Before Bergwolf places a first order with a partner, Servicebroker GmbH checks the commercial register or trade registration, screens the partner against the EU sanctions lists and checks the licences the service requires, for example under section 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act for guarding and close protection or under section 3 of the Road Haulage Act for commercial road haulage. Every partner receives the Code with the first enquiry or order. By accepting an assignment, the partner commits to comply with it and to pass it on to its own subcontractors. Where there are signs of a breach, Servicebroker GmbH establishes the facts and sets a deadline for putting it right; if that does not happen, it ends the relationship.
Gifts and public officials
Bergwolf offers public officials nothing: no gifts, no hospitality, no invitations, no travel. The same applies to clients whose rules exclude gifts. Otherwise, the value limit of the Anti-Corruption and Gifts Policy applies.
Confidentiality
What Servicebroker GmbH learns about clients, participants, locations, dates and procedures stays confidential, and partners commit to the same in writing. Bergwolf names clients only with their written approval. Delegation and security assignments are also covered by a separate declaration on data protection and confidentiality.
Reporting a concern
Anyone who notices a breach of the Code can report it to contact@servicebroker.de, by telephone on +49 89 60068060, or by post to the management of Servicebroker GmbH, Metzstraße 14b, 81667 München – without giving a name if sent by post. Servicebroker GmbH acknowledges receipt within seven days and responds within three months.
