Task force for complex procurement – contracting party for public authorities, organisations and companies in Germany
Bergwolf takes on jobs that are too complex for a single supplier.
Bergwolf, a brand of Servicebroker GmbH in Munich, solves complex problems for public authorities, organisations and companies in Germany, including when the answer has to come fast. We bring people together to talk – at conferences, meetings and delegation visits. And we assemble teams of specialists who deliver the solution as the situation demands.
Bergwolf assembles the right task force for every situation and delivers every service under one contract – one invoice, one point of accountability.
You have a task. You don't have a shopping list yet.
The world is out of step. Climate change brings disasters and forces us to rebuild. Wars cut trade routes, economies and industries stall, and people suffer. Yet humanity moves forward. Technology is advancing faster than ever and gives us the tools to make the world a better place. Bergwolf works where supply chains have to hold – so that economies and industries stay reliable and society stays supplied.
You don’t need five or ten suppliers. You need a solution to a problem that takes five or ten suppliers to solve.
Bergwolf starts with the end result: what has to work. Then we decide which specialists, disciplines, services, materials and infrastructure it will take.
We search our network and the wider market, compare suitable providers, buy in the services and combine them into one package under one contract. You don’t have to find, buy and manage each piece yourself.
Our services
The situation shapes the solution. Bergwolf assembles the task force.
A delegation, a conference, an urgent vehicle deployment and accommodation for a field team each need different specialists and services.
Depending on the situation, we bring together event professionals, local partners, logistics staff, drivers, security staff, close protection officers, paramedics, cooks, serving staff, interpreters, event technicians and other specialists. We also procure the vehicles, accommodation, technology, logistics and infrastructure services required – under one contract.
Conference planning
Bergwolf plans and runs conferences, meetings, workshops, working groups and receptions. We start with you on the objective and the requirements. Then we procure the venue, hotel room blocks, transfers, simultaneous interpreters, event technology, catering and anything else the event needs.
The team behind Bergwolf has organised events in Germany since 1999.
Delegations and close protection
For 15 years, the team behind Bergwolf has looked after international business delegations in Germany, including security-sensitive visits, across several cities and from arrival to departure. We combine protocol, travel, ground transport, accommodation, catering, interpreting, hosting and event technology into one package; close protection is provided by licensed security partners.
One contract for the entire stay.
Accommodation and hotel room blocks
From a single team to large room blocks: Bergwolf finds suitable accommodation close to the site or venue, negotiates the terms, books the rooms, manages the rooming list and, if you wish, looks after people on site.
Transport and vehicle hire
Bergwolf sources cars, hire cars, vans, buses and trucks, with or without drivers, on hire or lease. We arrange delivery, handover, collection and replacement within 24 hours, anywhere in Germany.
Trucks sourced by Bergwolf since 2022 operate in Germany, Austria, Poland, the Baltic states and south-east Europe – vehicles for the road and for rough terrain.
Staffing through our partner network
Through our network of professionals, Bergwolf assembles the people your task requires: security staff, close protection officers, paramedics, cooks, serving staff, interpreters, event technicians, drivers and logistics staff.
Bergwolf links these professionals and their services with the rest of the project. Sometimes it’s six close protection officers, sometimes a team of 300.
Procurement services
Bergwolf takes the job on when it spans several providers and disciplines or is too complex for a single supplier – even at a day’s notice. We clarify the objective and the requirements, research suitable quotes, compare the market and the providers, buy in the services needed and manage the contracts through to completion.
Bergwolf acts as your contracting party – or, if you prefer, as an intermediary.
Logistics
Bergwolf organises freight by road, rail and air. Through suitable carriers, we tie logistics into the rest of the project, at short notice and within Germany.
Project management, permits and security
Bergwolf plans delivery, assesses the situation, prepares permit applications and agrees plans with the relevant bodies. Depending on the project, that means security, traffic and signage plans agreed with the police, the local authority, the fire service and traffic authorities.
The authorities decide. Applications and liaison are Bergwolf’s job.
Plant and heavy equipment hire
Bergwolf sources cranes, mobile cranes, dumpers, gritters and snowploughs and agricultural machinery, with or without operators, for hire or purchase. We supply complete commercial kitchens, workshops and warehouses, or fit them out for the project.
How Bergwolf works
1. Understand the situation
What is planned, or what has happened? Which people, places, timeframes and conditions are involved? What do the people on the ground need? What has to work in the end?
2. Define the requirements
We turn the situation into concrete requirements: specialists, disciplines, services, materials, vehicles, accommodation and infrastructure.
3. Search the network and the market
We look for suitable specialists and providers in our network and beyond. What matters is the right service in the right place at the right time.
4. Compare and select
We compare quality, experience, suitability, availability, location and price, and choose the pieces that work together.
5. Procure and combine
Bergwolf buys in the services needed and bundles them into one coordinated package.
6. Prepare permit applications
We prepare the applications and agree the security, traffic and signage plans with the police, local authority, fire service and traffic authorities. The authorities decide.
7. Form the task force and deliver
The selected specialists and disciplines work as a task force built for the project. Bergwolf manages the interfaces and supports delivery.
8. Take responsibility for the whole
You don’t receive a pile of unconnected services. You receive the combined service with one contract, one invoice and one point of accountability.
Bergwolf is small. That's deliberate. Only our network is big.
You speak directly to people who can assess the situation and make decisions. Your task isn’t passed from department to department. The task force forms around the need.
Small is not a limitation. Small is what lets us act quickly, directly and in step with the situation. You don’t get just any team from a large organisation; you get the professionals your situation calls for.
Large organisations are strong when big programmes and fixed processes are needed. Bergwolf is strong when the task is unusual, spans several disciplines and calls for a direct solution.
Bergwolf builds on more than two decades of work in event management and destination management. That work built the network we now deploy on complex operational tasks: conferences and meetings with everything they involve, teams of 6 to 300 people, delegation visits across German cities, vehicle fleets for road and rough terrain.
Bringing people together. Bringing in the specialists.
Bergwolf organises conferences, meetings and delegations so that people can work together and develop solutions.
At the same time, we bring in the specialists who make transport, accommodation, security, catering, technology, logistics and infrastructure possible.
And it isn’t only about the practical requirement. Infrastructure has to serve people: on the journey, at work and on site. Bergwolf’s network keeps it running – in a crisis, too.
Sometimes it snows in April.

Public and international clients
Bergwolf works for public authorities, governments, organisations, NGOs, operators of critical infrastructure and the defence sector – and for companies that supply them as main contractors.
Within the applicable procurement rules, public buyers can commission Bergwolf directly, place call-off orders with it under a framework agreement, or bring it in through a main contractor that names Bergwolf as a subcontractor – a route Bergwolf has taken for years. Bergwolf acts as a general contractor for services: one contract covering everything.
The contracting party is Servicebroker GmbH, Metzstraße 14b, 81667 München: Munich Local Court HRB 143522, NCAGE C8813, D-U-N-S 33-130-7210, LEI 1595IVCAG14B88ABON78. One invoice, one point of accountability. If you prefer, Bergwolf can act as an intermediary instead: you then hold the contracts with the partners yourself.
Bergwolf solves problems fast within the permitted procurement route – especially where that route allows a direct award suited to the situation.

Questions about Bergwolf
What is Bergwolf?
Bergwolf is a task force for complex procurement in Germany – a contracting party and general contractor for services for public authorities, organisations and companies. We put together the right specialists and disciplines for each situation, research suitable providers and procure the services the task requires. These include conferences and meetings, delegations, hotel room blocks, transport, vehicles, specialist staff, security, logistics, event technology, project management, and plant and heavy equipment. Bergwolf is a brand of Servicebroker GmbH in Munich.
What kind of tasks is Bergwolf for?
Bergwolf is for tasks that need several specialists, disciplines or suppliers at once. That might be an international delegation that needs hotels, transfers, catering, interpreters, technology and security. Or a project that needs vehicles, drivers, accommodation and logistics at the same time. Bergwolf defines the requirement, then researches, compares, procures and connects the services needed.
What does "task force" mean at Bergwolf?
A Bergwolf task force is assembled for the specific situation from the specialists and disciplines that are actually needed. The team might include event professionals, logistics staff, drivers, interpreters, event technicians, security staff, close protection officers, paramedics, cooks or other specialists. Add to that the goods and services required, such as accommodation, vehicles, technology or transport.
How is Bergwolf different from an event agency or a destination management company?
Bergwolf combines the experience of an event agency and a destination management company with procurement and a task force drawn from several disciplines for each situation. Hotels, transfers, interpreters, meetings and hosting are where we come from. Bergwolf goes further when a task also needs specialist staff, security, vehicles, logistics, heavy equipment or other operational services.
Does Bergwolf buy services itself or only act as a broker?
Bergwolf procures as the contracting party. If you prefer, we act as broker and you sign the contracts with the partners yourself. We research providers and compare service, availability, location and price. We procure, for example, hotels, transfers, vehicles, logistics, technology or the services of specialist staff. The result is one package for the client.
Which services can Bergwolf combine into one package?
Bergwolf can combine services from event management, accommodation, mobility, specialist staff, security, technology, procurement and logistics. These include conferences and meetings; delegation management; hotel room blocks and rooming lists; cars, vans, buses and trucks; transfers and drivers; interpreters; event technology; security staff and close protection through licensed partners; paramedics, cooks and serving staff; logistics; project management; permit coordination; and plant and heavy equipment. The situation decides which combination is needed.
Does Bergwolf work throughout Germany?
Yes. Bergwolf procures and organises services nationwide in Germany. That includes venues, accommodation, hotel room blocks, transfers, vehicles, specialist staff, logistics and project-related services. On vehicle and transport projects, the team also has operational experience in Austria, Poland, the Baltic states and south-east Europe.
Which clients does Bergwolf work for?
Bergwolf works for companies, public authorities, governments, international organisations, NGOs, operators of critical infrastructure and clients in the defence sector. Bergwolf is particularly relevant for clients who need several services at once in Germany or who lack a broad enough local network of suppliers and professionals of their own.
