When you see orange, support is here!
We know what a plan is worth when everything changes on the ground.
Bergwolf is a brand of Servicebroker GmbH in Munich. Since 1999 we have organised conferences, meetings, delegations and events. Along the way we have learned what no schedule shows: people arrive late. Technology fails. A hotel pulls out. An authority wants more paperwork. The bus is there, but the driver isn’t.
That’s when a catalogue won’t help. That’s when you need experience, local knowledge and the right people.
From event management to task force
A conference is more than a room. It needs hotels, transfers, interpreters, technology, catering, security and people who act on the ground. A delegation raises other questions: Who meets the guests? Who protects them? Where do they eat and sleep? Which vehicles, tents or interpreters are needed?
That work built a network of specialists, disciplines and local partners – our network of professionals. Bergwolf now deploys it on tasks that go beyond the conventional event.
Local knowledge makes the difference
Destination management taught us to think locally. The right provider is often not in a database. You find them through experience, contacts and people who know their region.
That’s why we don’t only search our existing network. We also check the market at the location, compare providers and procure the services needed there and at that moment.
The situation shapes the team
Bergwolf puts the team together afresh for every task. First we establish what has to happen. Then we bring in the specialists: event professionals, logistics staff, drivers, interpreters, cooks, technicians, security staff, paramedics or other specialists.
Add to that hotels, vehicles, catering, technology, freight or heavy equipment. Bergwolf buys in these services, bundles them and manages the interfaces.
Bergwolf doesn’t sell the sum of its services. Bergwolf takes on a problem and decides which services must work together to solve it. The client gets one package, one contract and one person accountable.
Bergwolf is small. That's deliberate. Only our network is big.
You speak directly to people who can assess the situation and make decisions. The team forms around the need – more on the home page.
Bringing people together. Bringing in the specialists.
We haven’t left our roots behind. We create the setting in which people meet, negotiate and work – and bring in the specialists who make travel, accommodation, security, technology, logistics and supplies possible. Infrastructure has to carry people: on the journey, at work and on site.

Questions about Bergwolf
How did Bergwolf grow out of Servicebroker?
Bergwolf applies Servicebroker GmbH’s more than two decades of event management experience to complex operational tasks and procurement. At conferences, meetings and delegations, many interdependent services have to fit together: venue, hotels, transfers, interpreters, technology, catering, security and hosting. That work built the ability to understand a situation, identify the disciplines required and bring together the right specialists and services.
Why do event management and destination management matter to Bergwolf?
Event management brings experience of many disciplines working together; destination management brings local knowledge and contacts. Bergwolf uses both for tasks beyond the conventional event. The key question stays the same: which people, providers and services have to work together in this place at this time?
What is Bergwolf's network of professionals?
Bergwolf’s network has grown over more than two decades: specialists, specialist service providers and local partners. It includes professionals from event management, destination management, logistics, transport, technology, security, catering and hosting. It is not a closed catalogue: when a situation calls for different skills or a provider in a new location, Bergwolf also searches the market.
Why is Bergwolf deliberately small?
A small structure means direct contacts, quick decisions and a task force that forms around the actual situation. A task doesn’t have to pass through several internal departments before anyone acts. Bergwolf can bring experienced people straight into analysis, selection, procurement and delivery. Bergwolf is small. That’s deliberate. Only our network is big.
How does Bergwolf find professionals and providers for unusual tasks?
Bergwolf starts with its own network and widens the search where the task requires it. We look at location, timeframe and requirements. Then we compare suitable providers on service, experience, suitability, availability, location and price.
